Important compatibility notes

Bafang Ultra motors come in two protocols — CAN and UART. Please confirm your motor uses the CAN protocol before ordering, as CAN and UART controllers are not interchangeable. This controller is built for 16S battery systems (60V nominal / 67.2V full charge) — it is not compatible with 13S (48V) or 14S (52V) packs.

After installation, the controller must be synced (calibrated) to your motor to run correctly. This requires Bafang's BESST software to complete the sync procedure.
