Sale

Brand-new, genuine OEM Bafang Ultra M620 / G510 controller with the CAN (CANBUS) communication protocol. This is a direct replacement controller for your Bafang Ultra mid-drive motor, rated at 60V and 40A for roughly 2500W nominal output. Built for 16S lithium battery packs (67.2V full charge), this is our highest-power CANBUS controller — ideal for high-output 60V builds, repairs, or upgrading from a lower-amperage controller.

Specifications

  • Motor compatibility: Bafang Ultra M620 / G510 mid-drive
  • Voltage: 60V nominal (16S battery, 67.2V full charge)
  • Amperage: 40A
  • Power: ~2500W nominal
  • Protocol: CAN (CANBUS)
  • Condition: Brand new, OEM Bafang

Important compatibility notes

Bafang Ultra motors come in two protocols — CAN and UART. Please confirm your motor uses the CAN protocol before ordering, as CAN and UART controllers are not interchangeable. This controller is built for 16S battery systems (60V nominal / 67.2V full charge) — it is not compatible with 13S (48V) or 14S (52V) packs. Also confirm your motor windings and wiring harness are rated for 40A before installing, as this is a high-amperage controller.

After installation, the controller must be synced (calibrated) to your motor to run correctly. This requires Bafang's BESST software to complete the sync procedure.
