2025 Year in Review: A Year of Measured Growth, US Government Partnerships and Engineering Progress at Hi Power Cycles

2025 was a challenging year for much of the electric bike industry. Market conditions tightened, consumer demand shifted, and several well-known brands struggled to adapt—one of the largest e-bike companies in the United States included.
Against that backdrop, Hi Power Cycles experienced a positive and encouraging year. Our focus remained consistent: develop high-performance electric bikes, improve real-world reliability, and support riders who rely on their equipment to perform in demanding conditions. Our goal is always to offer the best performing e-bikes in the world with unbeatable reliability and customer service.
2025 Growth Metrics
- Website Traffic: +34%
- Instagram Followers: +379%
- Facebook Followers: +42%
- Total Social Media Views: 20,000,000+
These increases reflected growing awareness of high performance electric bikes and a continued interest in technically capable platforms rather than entry-level consumer models.
Key Highlights in 2025

New High-Torque 2000W Mid-Drive Motor System
In 2025, Hi Power Cycles introduced a new 2000W mid-drive motor system capable of producing up to 185Nm of torque. The system was developed to meet the needs of riders operating in steep terrain, high loads, and extended duty cycles.
This motor system is featured on the following models:
The goal was straightforward: deliver consistent torque output, improved thermal stability, and long-term durability under real riding conditions.

52V 20.25Ah Battery Pack Development
Alongside increased power demands, battery performance became a primary engineering focus in 2025.
The new 52V 20.25Ah battery pack introduced on the Trailblazer lineup was designed to increase usable energy density while maintaining reliability and safety. The pack supports sustained high current draw and extended range for backcountry and technical riding.

Updated Trailblazer Pro
The Trailblazer Pro underwent a comprehensive update in 2025. Revisions focused on suspension performance, component selection, and overall ride balance.
The updated platform reflects feedback from riders who use their bikes aggressively in enduro-style terrain and require predictable handling, strong braking, and long-term serviceability. Now featuring full hand-built carbon E-Thirteen wheels, full SRAM AXS X0 components, optional Ohlins suspension, OneUp componentry, integrated electrical wires on the cockpit, it makes this by far our best Trailblazer Pro and Trailblazer Pro AT ever!\

Revolution MX: Lightweight, High-Power Platform
The Revolution MX was introduced to address a space between traditional mountain bikes and lightweight electric motorcycles.
Built around a lightweight chassis, the platform supports power levels up to 8kW while maintaining bicycle-like handling characteristics. The result is an e-bike MADE FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE JUNKIES. For riders that want the ultimate power capability but still desire light weight performance, this is the PERFECT bike for you!

Trailblazer AT and AT Pro
In 2025, Hi Power Cycles expanded the Trailblazer lineup with the Trailblazer AT and Trailblazer AT Pro.
These models combine fat tire capability with:
- Up to 160mm of suspension travel
- Mid-drive power up to 2000W
- Perfect for adventurers, explorers, overlanders, and anything in between
The AT platform was developed for riders operating in snow, sand, soft ground, and variable terrain where flotation and traction are essential.
Government and Agency Use
During 2025, Hi Power Cycles began supplying electric bikes to several U.S. government organizations, including:
- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
- U.S. Bureau of Land Management
- U.S. Air Force
- U.S. Forest Service
- Police Department
These applications typically involve land management, site access, and operational mobility where quiet operation and low environmental impact are important.

Looking Forward
2025 reinforced the importance of focusing on fundamentals: engineering, reliability, and serving a clearly defined rider base.
As we move into 2026, Hi Power Cycles will continue refining existing platforms, expanding government and commercial partnerships, and developing electric bikes designed for real-world use rather than short-term trends.
Thank you to our customers, partners, and team for their continued support.
