Hand-Built Wheel
Double-walled aluminum rim with Sapim spokes, laced on our Phil Wood spoke machine by builders with 40+ years of experience. Built in California.
Diagnostic Display
Speed, distance, battery level, and efficiency (Wh/mile). Limit power to save battery or make any kit street legal.
Controller
Programmable motor controller matched to your power package for smooth, reliable power delivery.
Charger + Full Wiring
Standard 2A charger included (upgrades available). Full wiring harness, throttle, brake levers, and all hardware.

Step 1
Choose Your Power Package
Higher wattage = more power. The 2000W system provides 2.5+ HP on a 52V battery — enough for confident hill climbing. Scale up to the 5000W with its wider stator and neodymium magnets for over 6.7 HP.
Step 2
Choose Your Motor Type
At the heart of every kit is our custom HPC air-cooled brushless motor. Updated for 2026 with an aluminum stator for better heat transfer and corrosion resistance, plus higher-grade laminations for less cogging torque, easier pedaling, and 3–4% higher peak efficiency.
Step 3
Battery & Charger
Our 2026 Li-NMC batteries use a Lithium Nickel Manganese Cobalt blend with consistently higher voltage for more speed and range. We use the latest cells from Sony (VTC6), LG (MJ1 / M52VT), Samsung (50S), and Molicell (P65a) for the highest energy density on the market. 200+ mile range batteries are possible — just ask!

Wheel Build
Choose the wheel size that matches your bike. Every wheel is hand-built at our California facility using Sapim spokes, laced on our Phil Wood spoke machine by builders with 40+ years of combined experience. Silver or black spoke options available.
