HPC x Wayne Enterprises: The Revolution W Story

The Revolution W is the result of a collaboration between Hi Power Cycles (HPC) and Wayne Enterprises, and it is the fastest electric bike HPC has ever built. It is a hand-built, 27-unit limited edition that pays homage to Batman's first appearance in Detective Comics Issue #27. With 10,500 watts of maximum power, an 80 MPH top speed and up to 100 miles of range (throttle only at 20 mph), it sits in a class of its own.
Where the Revolution W comes from
The HPC Revolution has set the standard for power and range among electric bikes for years. The Revolution W raises that bar. It builds on the proven Revolution platform: a 6061-T6 aluminum chassis fabricated and welded in the USA, wrapped in forged carbon body panels and a forged carbon windshield. Each bike is assembled by hand by HPC's craftsmen at the company's California headquarters.
The Revolution W is officially licensed by Warner Bros. Discovery and DC Comics and carries Wayne Enterprises branding. Only 27 will be built, and each ships fully assembled in a custom Wayne Enterprises crate.
The performance numbers
- Top speed: 80 MPH
- Maximum power: 10,500 W
- Maximum torque: 280 Nm
- Maximum range: 100 miles, throttle only at 20 mph
Power comes from a DC brushless, gearless, air-cooled motor. It is managed by an HPC-tuned Nucular P24F controller running 78V DC sine wave / FOC, and fed by a USA-made 78V 27.9Ah battery in a 21S9P configuration. A Schlumpf High Speed Drive (34T/85T) in the crankset gives the bike its tall gearing for pedaling at speed.
Built to handle the speed
Going 80 MPH on a bicycle-class frame demands serious hardware. The Revolution W runs premium EXT suspension front and rear: an EXT Ferro 200mm fork and an EXT Arma MX 9.5 x 3.0 rear shock, for over 9 inches of frame travel. Stopping power comes from Magura Gustav brakes with 223mm rotors front and rear. The moto-style 19-inch wheels use White Industries and Phil Wood components and Shinko 244 tires.
The cockpit is rally-inspired, with a forged carbon fairing, a 5.5 in TFT color smart display with Bluetooth, and a variable thumb throttle. Integrated LED lighting and forward- and rear-facing Cycliq cameras let riders capture the ride.
Why it matters for the HPC lineup
